Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) was established in 1999 with a mandate to pursue the cause of housing and habitat providers, share the latest industry data, technological advancements and benchmarks among its members. It has grown its membership base since then and has more than 12500 members today spread across 21 states and 204 city chapters.

Wings of CREDAI
With an aim to nurture the next generation of responsible leaders and to encourage women entrepreneurs, CREDAI has instituted Youth Wing and Women’s Wing.

Scope of CREDAI
CREDAI has imprinted the critical importance of real estate to the GDP of India on the minds of the government, policy makers and general public and has become the backbone of the Real Estate Industry.
- To work with the Government to increase the scope of private real estate developers.
- To maintain a strong relationship with the media, industry associates, and other stakeholders.
- To provide a balanced and integrated industry viewpoint and response on critical aspects.
- To serve as a platform for members to exchange views and arrive at a common understanding.
- Implement CREDAI CSR initiatives in Education and Skill Development sectors.
