CREDAI Mysore President Harish Shenoy, Joint Secretary Kumaraswamy, and EC Member Mallikarjun met Hon’ble Urban Development Minister Shri Yathindra Siddharamaiah today and submitted a memorandum seeking key reforms to accelerate Mysuru’s urban development.The memorandum requested an increase in FAR, the introduction of Premium FAR and TDR, faster processing of building plan approvals and completion reports, alignment of Mysuru’s zonal regulations with those of other Tier-II cities, and an extension of building plan sanction validity from the current two years to five years.The Hon’ble Minister responded positively and assured the delegation that these proposals would be examined to facilitate planned growth and support the overall development of Mysuru.
